White and Yellow Belts -Thursdays 5:30-6:15 PM
(Beginner)
Orange Belts and Above - Thursdays 6:15-7:00 PM
(Advanced)
These classes teach the fundamentals of traditional karate, self defense, and other kid-centered lessons covering bullying, respect, concentration, and more!

Adults Class (Ages 13-Up)
Thursdays 7:00-8:30 PM
This class focuses on traditional karate techniques and how they can be applied in modern self-defense situations. It covers concepts including situational awareness, focus, determination, physical fitness, and more.
